I am an out of network provider and do not accept insurance. At your request, I can provide a superbill that will include an itemized list of services that you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. Since reimbursement rates vary, please confirm your coverage with your insurance company.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, you will be charged for the session.
